Notification under Art. 19 (3) of Regulation (EU) ą 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014

W dniu 24 kwietnia 2026 r. Starcom Holding AD sprzedało Eurohold Bulgaria AD dwie partie akcji – 250 200 po cenie 0,940 EUR za akcję z terminem wykupu 22 października 2026 r. oraz 908 000 po cenie 0,639 EUR za akcję z terminem wykupu 26 maja 2026 r. Obie transakcje zostały zgłoszone zgodnie z art. 19 rozporządzenia UE 596/2014.
