Privacy Policy

The data controller for personal data processed by the Stockd service (stockd.pl) is the individual running the service, reachable at stockdpl.official@gmail.com. The service processes only the email address provided when you create an account and, if you choose to use it, the data you submit through the contact form (email address, optionally a name and message). No other personal data is collected.

What cookies we use

The service uses essential cookies that maintain a logged-in user's session (sign-in, remember-me) — these are required for the service to work and don't require consent. Additionally, only after consent is given in the cookie banner, Google Analytics cookies are set as described below.

Google Analytics (GA4)

We use Google Analytics 4, which only runs after consent is given (Google Consent Mode v2) and is used for anonymous traffic analysis — it is never used for advertising or profiling. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by rejecting cookies in the banner or clearing your browser data. Data may be processed by Google LLC outside the European Economic Area, under the standard contractual clauses Google applies.

Data retention

We keep your account email address for as long as the account exists and delete it promptly once you delete your account yourself (available in account settings) or on request sent to the contact address. Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to respond, no longer than 12 months. Google Analytics data is retained for GA4's default period (14 months).
